Vertiv and Generate Capital have formed a strategic collaboration to deliver Bring Your Own Power & Cooling (BYOP&C) solutions for data centers in the U.S. This partnership aims to help operators in power-constrained markets deploy capacity more rapidly by integrating Vertiv's power and cooling infrastructure with Generate's financing and operational models.

The collaboration will offer a unified deployment model to enhance project execution and reduce time-to-operation, particularly in North American areas facing grid connection delays. Initial deployments may include various energy systems and configurations. This initiative builds on Vertiv's existing BYOP&C ecosystem efforts.
