Vertiv Launches MegaMod HDX Modular Liquid Cooling Solution for High-Density Computing in North America and EMEA
Vertiv has launched the MegaMod HDX, a modular liquid cooling solution tailored for high-density computing, including AI and HPC applications, with power capacities reaching up to 10 MW. This system supports rack densities from 50 kW to over 100 kW per rack and features a prefabricated design for rapid deployment, ensuring efficient thermal management and continuous operation in data centers. Available in compact and combo models, the MegaMod HDX addresses the growing cooling demands of global data centers.

Vertiv has introduced the MegaMod HDX, a modular liquid cooling infrastructure solution designed for high-density computing, including AI and HPC applications. The solution offers power capacities up to 10 MW and supports rack densities from 50 kW to over 100 kW per rack.
The MegaMod HDX integrates direct-to-chip liquid cooling with air-cooled architectures, optimizing thermal management for AI workloads. It is available in two configurations: a compact model with a capacity of 1.25 MW and up to 13 racks, and a combo model supporting up to 144 racks and 10 MW.
The prefabricated design facilitates rapid deployment and scalability, while features like distributed redundant power architecture ensure continuous operation. This solution aims to meet the increasing cooling demands of data centers globally.
