Vestum Sells Flowa Pump Rental Division to Nordic Capital for SEK6.5 Billion
Vestum has agreed to divest its Flowa pump rental division to Nordic Capital for SEK6.5 billion (€590 million). This transaction, expected to finalize in H2 2026, aims to establish Flowa as an independent entity focused on pump rentals and water infrastructure in the UK and Nordic regions.

Vestum's sale of Flowa, generated SEK1.43 billion (€132 million) in revenues and SEK 370 million (€34.2 million) EBITDA in the year ending March 31, 2026. Flowa comprises multiple firms in the UK, Denmark, Sweden, and Norway, managing over 3,000 pumps and providing various water utility services.
