Vietnam's Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh has approved a project to strengthen the national cybersecurity forces, with goals including a top 15 ranking in the Global Cybersecurity Index by 2030 and the creation of a regional training center. The plan mandates that 100% of specialized cybersecurity forces operate under the Ministry of Public Security and the Ministry of National Defense, and aims to develop at least 10,000 cybersecurity experts, with 20% meeting international standards.
