The initiative includes modernizing the data center and planning a Disaster Recovery center to address geopolitical risks.

VINCI Construction Polska has established a Shared Services Center to support various business lines, focusing on back-office functions such as HR, IT, and Finance. The decision was made in October 2023, with the center's framework developed within two months.
The center aims to consolidate operations by analyzing roles and responsibilities, facilitating a smooth integration of IT systems from two previously separate entities, WARBUD and EUROVIA. Currently, the center comprises over twenty IT specialists, emphasizing standardization and internal resource utilization.
The company has invested in modernizing its on-premise data center and is planning a Disaster Recovery (DR) center in response to geopolitical risks. The new structure has led to improved cyber security and network standardization across locations. VINCI Construction Polska is moving away from outsourcing towards building internal IT competencies, recognizing that this approach adds value and reduces costs.
