Vintage Partners has canceled its plans for a data center in Laveen, Phoenix, opting to develop a mixed-use project instead. The decision follows changes in city noise regulations and utility processes that raised concerns about project viability. The new plan includes commercial, retail, and residential spaces on 22 acres, with the remainder designated for multifamily units or industrial use. The project will require city approval and will be developed in multiple phases.
