Vivant Corp. plans a total investment of P67 billion in energy and water infrastructure through 2030, with P60 billion designated for energy and P7 billion for water projects. The company aims to increase its generation capacity to 1,000 megawatts, with at least 30% sourced from renewable energy.
Funding will be secured through a mix of debt and equity, including potential follow-on offerings. Vivant's water investments will focus on desalination and distribution, particularly in Cebu, where it has signed a joint venture for a desalination facility. Despite economic uncertainties, the company is optimistic about its growth trajectory and plans to initiate significant investments by 2027-2028.
