Vodafone Qatar has acquired a 51% stake in Sirti Mena, a subsidiary of Sirti Digital Solutions, establishing a strategic joint venture aimed at accelerating the adoption of advanced digital infrastructure in Qatar. The collaboration will focus on data centers, smart infrastructures, networking, cybersecurity, IoT, and data management, covering the entire project lifecycle from design to operational management.

This partnership builds on Sirti's presence in Qatar since 2013, enhancing its strategic position in the local market. The joint venture aims to support the transition from a digital economy to an AI economy by leveraging both companies' engineering expertise and local market knowledge.
