Vodafone România Appoints Alex Băloi as Director of Vodafone Business Starting January 2026
Vodafone România has announced the appointment of Alex Băloi as the new director of Vodafone Business, effective January 2026. Băloi, who previously served as CEO of M247 Global and held a strategic role at Microsoft, succeeds Dinu Dragomir, who will focus on integrating Vodafone and Telekom România Mobile Communications post-merger. His leadership is expected to enhance Vodafone Business's position as an ICT integrator in Romania, with a focus on IoT solutions, cybersecurity, and advanced digital infrastructure.

Vodafone România has appointed Alex Băloi as the new director of Vodafone Business, effective January 2026. Băloi returns from his position as CEO of M247 Global, where he focused on operational performance and global expansion.
Previously, he managed strategic partnerships for Microsoft in Central Europe, enhancing technology adoption in both the business and public sectors. He succeeds Dinu Dragomir, who will focus on integrating Vodafone and Telekom România Mobile Communications following their merger completed in October 2024.
Under Dragomir's leadership since 2005, Vodafone Business established itself as a leader in integrated technology solutions. Băloi's appointment comes as Vodafone Business aims to strengthen its role as an ICT integrator in Romania, emphasizing IoT solutions, Data Center services, cybersecurity, cloud, and advanced digital infrastructure.
