Voltpost, Tual, M.C. Dean, Engie, and Ares Advance Electric Vehicle and Renewable Energy Projects
Voltpost has installed three electric vehicle chargers at the Henry Ford Museum, with plans for over 20 stations in Michigan. Tual secured £1.5 million to improve battery-buffered EV charging for commercial fleets in the U.K., while M.C. Dean acquired a majority stake in Bells Power Group to bolster integrated power solutions. Additionally, Engie North America and Ares are expanding their partnership to add 730 MW of renewable energy assets in Texas, aiming to enhance Engie's portfolio toward a goal of 95 GW by 2030.

Tual has secured £1.5 million to enhance battery-buffered EV charging infrastructure for commercial fleets in the U.K., delivering up to 200 kW of power and minimizing grid dependency.
M.C. Dean acquired a majority stake in U.K.-based Bells Power Group to enhance integrated power solutions for AI infrastructure while expanding its presence in the U.K., Europe, and the Middle East. Engie North America and Ares are expanding their partnership to add 730 MW of renewable energy assets, including solar and wind projects in Texas, increasing their portfolio to approximately 4.3 GW and contributing to Engie's goal of 95 GW by 2030.
