Waaree Renewable Technologies Reduces Solar Project Order Value to Rs 10.40 Billion
Waaree Renewable Technologies has reduced the order value for its solar project from Rs 12.52 billion to Rs 10.40 billion, with completion expected by FY 2026-27. The company reported a 47.7% increase in Q2 FY26 revenue to Rs 7.75 billion and a profit after tax of Rs 1.16 billion, marking a 117.4% rise. Waaree is also investing in clean energy, including a new solar inverter facility in Gujarat and a Rs 10.03 billion funding for a lithium-ion battery plant.

Waaree Renewable Technologies revised its solar project order value to Rs 10.40 billion from Rs 12.52 billion, reflecting a reduction of Rs 2.13 billion. The project is set for completion in FY 2026-27.
In Q2 FY26, the company reported revenue of Rs 7.75 billion, a 47.7% increase, and profit after tax of Rs 1.16 billion, up 117.4%. For H1 FY26, consolidated revenue reached Rs 13.78 billion, an 81.1% year-on-year increase.
Waaree is focusing on storage-linked projects anticipated to grow by FY28. The Waaree Group continues to invest in clean energy manufacturing, with a new solar inverter facility in Gujarat and Rs 10.03 billion raised for a 20 GWh lithium-ion battery plant.
