Wind Harvest International, Inc. announced Pronita Saxena as its new Chief Development Officer to support growth in large-scale renewable energy initiatives. Saxena has a background in energy and cleantech, including work with MIT's Poverty Action Lab and EnerNOC.

She will oversee project development and partnerships, starting with the Wind Harvest-Kamaka Global collaboration to help tribes develop renewable energy portfolios. This initiative aims to strengthen tribal sovereignty and create workforce opportunities in clean energy. Wind Harvest focuses on developing vertical-axis wind turbines to harness mid-level turbulent wind resources.
