The Winston City Council will meet on Tuesday at 7:00 p.m. to discuss a resolution regarding the Highway 42 Sewer Project Grant Agreement, which amounts to $946,700, funded by the State of Oregon through the Oregon Business Development Department. Additionally, councilors will vote on the Leachate Extension Number 6 agreement with Douglas County, which currently charges two cents per gallon for treated and untreated leachate, along with an $850 monthly fee for ammonia testing costs shared between the City of Winston and Green Area Water and Sanitary Authority. The meeting will occur in the council chambers on Northwest Douglas Boulevard.
