Wyoming officials are appealing a District Court decision that overturned a state lease for the Pronghorn H2 Clean Hydrogen Wind project near Glenrock. The ruling by Judge Scott Peasley, issued earlier this month, has drawn opposition from those who claim the project's turbines will negatively impact the viewshed south of Glenrock. The appeal was announced following an executive session of the Wyoming Board of Land Commissioners.
