Xinhua Power Generation Company and Gansu Provincial Power Investment Group signed a strategic cooperation agreement on December 18th to collaborate on hydrogen energy applications and the development of a large-scale new energy base project. Zhang Yan, Chairman of Xinhua Power Generation, and Pu Peiwen, Chairman of Gansu Electric Power Investment Group, led the discussions on enhancing the power industry chain and establishing efficient communication mechanisms.

They aim to jointly invest in research for new business models, such as converting green electricity to hydrogen, and to create a benchmark for cooperation in Gansu Province's energy transition. Key personnel from both companies attended the signing ceremony.
