Yellow Tulip Inc has established Cleanwatts Mozambique, a subsidiary aimed at developing renewable energy-powered data centers in Mozambique and Southern Africa. In partnership with Memoryvanguard and Nyala Capital, the initiative will utilize Cleanwatts Digital's AI-powered energy management platform for energy optimization and sustainable infrastructure. The projects will target institutional investors and be developed to international standards, integrating energy management solutions for operational efficiency from inception.
