Yeongdong County in North Chungcheong Province is initiating the '2026 Hydrogen Electric Vehicle Provision Project' to enhance air quality and promote eco-friendly vehicles. The project aims to distribute 20 passenger vehicles (18 general, 2 priority) and 10 vans, with applications accepted until November 20 or until budget exhaustion.

The subsidy is 33.5 million won per passenger vehicle and up to 350 million won per van. Supported models include the Hyundai Dior New Nexo and various hydrogen buses. Eligible applicants must reside in Yeongdong County for at least 30 days and have a purchase contract with vehicle manufacturers.

Priority is given to vulnerable groups, national merit recipients, and first-time buyers. The hydrogen charging station is located at 195 Geumdong-ro, Yeongdong-eup, with project inquiries directed to the Yeongdong County Environment Division.
