CATL's Luoyang base has entered the equipment installation stage for Phase III of its 40 GWh production facility, while Guoke Energy reported progress in its 30 GWh battery base project in Lanzhou, with a focus on lithium iron phosphate cells and a planned investment of RMB 2.8 billion.
