Yondr Group Secures $532 Million in Green ABS Funding for Slough Data Center Campus
Yondr Group has obtained $532 million in asset-backed securities to refinance part of its data center campus in Slough, England. The funding supports the first two operational data centers, delivering over 60MW, and the ongoing development of a third facility expected to launch in mid-2026. This marks Yondr's first bond under its Green Finance Framework, aimed at achieving net-zero emissions by 2030 and enhancing sustainability efforts.

Yondr Group has secured $532 million in asset-backed securities for its data center campus in Slough, England, which includes three facilities. The funding specifically refinances the first two data centers that are operational and provide over 60MW of capacity.
Construction of the third facility is underway, with an expected completion in mid-2026. This transaction is Yondr's first bond issued under its Green Finance Framework, aimed at supporting its sustainability initiatives and achieving net-zero emissions by 2030. The funding received a green bond designation from Morningstar Sustainalytics.
