Yuneng Holdings Invests $160M in Xiantian Computing Power for Heying Data Acquisition
Yuneng Holdings has invested RMB 1.1 billion ($160m) for a 42.3% stake in Xiantian Computing Power Henan Technology, which will acquire a 91.2% stake in Heying Data. Henan Investment Group holds a 57.7% majority stake in Xiantian. The total investment for Heying Data's acquisition is approximately RMB 9.5 billion ($1.4bn).

Yuneng Holdings has acquired a 42.3% stake in Xiantian Computing Power Henan Technology for RMB 1.1 billion ($160m). Henan Investment Group, the controlling shareholder, will take a 57.7% stake in Xiantian worth RMB 1.4 billion ($203m).
Xiantian will subsequently acquire a 91.2% stake in Heying Data for around RMB 9.5 billion ($1.4bn), ensuring its shares amount to at least 55% of total equity. Heying Data is the parent company of Galaxy Data Center, which plans to invest $2 billion in data centers in Thailand.
