Zenith Energy Acquires New Solar Project in Puglia, Plans Sant Andrea Gas Field Restart
Zenith Energy Ltd has acquired a photovoltaic project in Puglia, Italy, adding 10 MW peak capacity to its portfolio. The company aims for a solar pipeline exceeding 200 MW peak by 2026. The project is expected to reach Ready to Build status by February 2027, pending approvals. Additionally, Zenith plans to restart production at the Sant Andrea gas field, anticipated to produce 40,000 cubic meters of gas monthly, addressing market volatility.

The project is in development and aims for Ready to Build status by February 2027, contingent on regulatory approvals. Zenith will pay EUR 1.05 million upon securing permits. The company also plans to restart the Sant Andrea gas field, projected to produce 40,000 cubic meters of natural gas monthly, in response to market volatility. This dual approach highlights the integration of renewable energy and gas production.
