Zeo Energy and Creekstone Energy Sign MOU for 280 MW Baseload Power Development in Utah
Zeo Energy Corp. has signed a memorandum of understanding with Creekstone Energy LLC to develop approximately 280 MW of baseload energy for a data center campus under construction in Millard County, Utah. The Gigasite project, which broke ground in December 2025, aims to support rising energy demands from AI workloads, with Creekstone planning to supply over 300 MW of gas-powered energy by 2027. The MOU includes provisions for a pre-feasibility study on solar and storage solutions, as well as potential project financing.

Zeo Energy Corp. has entered a memorandum of understanding with Creekstone Energy LLC to develop around 280 MW of baseload power for Creekstone's data center in Millard County, Utah. The Gigasite, under construction since December 2025, will initially provide over 300 MW of gas-fired energy, scaling to multiple gigawatts.
Zeo is conducting a pre-feasibility study to identify efficient solar and energy storage solutions, leveraging its expertise in long-duration storage. The non-binding MOU sets a framework for collaboration, including potential financing and engineering services. Creekstone also plans to supply up to 50 MW to Blue Sky AI Inc. as part of the project's early development.
