Zircon Industries has installed a DYM automation system that includes a SACD-450P automatic turret rewinder, a HAU-450 automatic butt splicing unwinder, and a NAC-450 automatic waste matrix removal system. The system was supplied by Flexo Image Graphics (FIG), which has been expanding its installation base across India, catering to both new and existing clients.
The integration is intended to improve productivity and minimize waste during production. FIG offers rigorous training and comprehensive after-sales support, which enhances the adoption of new technologies. This investment follows Zircon's previous acquisition of five DCM finishing systems from FIG, aimed at improving quality and efficiency.
