Zishan conducts warehouse inspections of the 10,000 sq ft facility, ensuring quality and stock levels of piping materials. He emphasizes team development through training on exotic alloys and compliance.

Additionally, he drives process consolidation and adopts digital tools since 2012. In the afternoon, Zishan focuses on strategic planning for opportunities in desalination, marine, oil & gas, and hydrogen infrastructure in the MENA region.
