On January 10, 2026, the 104th Infantry Battalion (104IB) conducted simultaneous road and coastal clean-up drives in selected villages of Lugus and Pata towns in Sulu. The road clean-up in Tingkangan village was led by Bravo Company, in coordination with local officials and civilian volunteers.

Charlie Company conducted a coastal clean-up in Patian village, partnering with local leaders and volunteers. These initiatives aimed to promote environmental awareness, community cleanliness, and strengthen civil-military relations, highlighting the military's role in community development and environmental stewardship.
