The 1103rd Infantry Brigade and the Ministry of Interior and Local Government-Sulu awarded the Second Tranche Livelihood Assistance to 44 beneficiaries of Project Tulong ng Gobyernong Nagmamalasakit (TUGON) on December 18, 2025, in Patikul, Sulu. MILG-Sulu director Emini Kadiri highlighted the importance of government support in empowering communities and improving socio-economic conditions.

Brigadier General Emmanuel Cabasan emphasized that peace is achieved through community empowerment and opportunities.
