4iG Completes $100 Million Investment in Axiom Space
4iG Nyrt. has finalized its $100 million investment in Axiom Space Holdings, Inc. through its subsidiary 4iG SDT, completing a $70 million installment. This investment aligns with 4iG's strategy to establish a significant presence in the international space and defense technology sectors.

4iG SDT has successfully concluded the second phase of its investment in Axiom Space, totaling $100 million. The investment is structured in two parts: $30 million by December 31, 2025, and $70 million by March 31, 2026.
This transaction supports 4iG's long-term goal of becoming a key player in the global space and defense technology markets. Axiom Space, based in Houston, is connected to the HUNOR program, which aims to send the second Hungarian astronaut, Tibor Kapu, into space. 4iG shares are listed in the premium category of the Budapest Stock Exchange, closing at 2300 HUF on Monday.
