4iG Space and Defense Technologies Zrt. (4iG SDT) has announced the establishment of four new Hungarian subsidiaries: NADIR Geospatial Solutions Zrt., Digital 4 Defence Zrt., SDT Alpha Zrt., and SDT Beta Zrt.

Furthermore, its subsidiary CarpathiaSat Hungarian Space Telecommunications Zrt. will form another subsidiary called HUSAT Orbital Infrastructure Zrt. This initiative is designed to promote a more flexible, industry-focused operation and to facilitate better exploitation of business opportunities. Organizing different professional areas into independent companies aims to create a clearer and more efficient organizational structure.
