The 88th Readiness Division (RD) of the U.S. Army Reserve is developing a facilities management dashboard to eliminate data silos. Collaborating with various directorates, they aim to create a common operating picture (COP) tool for the entire Army Reserve.

This initiative began in 2024 under Lieutenant Colonel Steven Keister, focusing on capturing comprehensive facilities data. The dashboard will integrate enterprise data for enhanced decision-making and is set to be completed by Q3 FY26. The project includes automating data capture and piloting a new module within the Facility Equipment Maintenance System.
