The 8th Infantry Division has intensified its campaign against the Eastern Visayas Regional Party Committee (EVRPC), resulting in the neutralization of five CNTs and the seizure of eight firearms. On November 29, 2025, troops engaged the EVRPC's Sub-Regional Committee Arctic in Northern Samar, leading to the death of one CNT and the capture of three M16 and two M14 rifles.

Following this, further operations led to another CNT fatality and the seizure of a Cal. 45 pistol. On November 30, three CNTs, including a high-value individual, surrendered and turned over two Cal. 45 pistols. These actions indicate a significant decline in the EVRPC's operational capacity.
