ABB Robotics Launches Autonomous Forklift AMR Flexley Stack F712
ABB Robotics introduces the Flexley Stack F712, an autonomous forklift AMR designed for efficient pallet transport and storage. It features capabilities for material handling in logistics and automotive applications, enhancing operational efficiency.

ABB Robotics has expanded its autonomous mobile robot (AMR) portfolio with the introduction of the Flexley Stack F712 forklift. This AMR is engineered for automated pallet transport and high-density storage, capable of handling loads up to 2,000 kilograms and lifting heights of 8.5 meters at speeds of 1.7 meters per second.
The F712 employs AI-driven Visual-SLAM technology for navigation, achieving a positioning accuracy of ±10 millimeters without the need for additional infrastructure. It integrates with AMR Studio software and supports the VDA 5050 standard, facilitating connections with existing systems. The implementation time for this AMR can be reduced by up to 20%, allowing for immediate adjustments to warehouse layouts.
