ABB Robotics Launches Flexley Stack F712 Autonomous Forklift Enhancing AMR Portfolio
ABB Robotics expands its autonomous mobile robotics (AMR) portfolio with the Flexley Stack F712, designed for high-density material handling. This addition enables interoperability among various AMR types, improving efficiency and scalability in logistics operations.

ABB Robotics has introduced the Flexley Stack F712, an autonomous forklift that integrates with its existing AMR offerings. This new addition allows for mixed fleets of Visual SLAM-powered tugs, movers, and forklifts, streamlining navigation and fleet management across a unified platform.
The F712 achieves a market-leading positional accuracy of ±10 mm and operates at speeds up to 1.7 m/s. Its design accommodates various load types, supporting weights of up to 2,000 kg and heights of 8.5 m.
The system is fully compatible with AMR Studio and VDA 5050, facilitating seamless integration and project management. As labor shortages persist, the F712's capabilities may significantly enhance operational flexibility and reduce costs in material handling.
