ACME Secures 10-Year Green Ammonia Purchase Agreement with SECI
ACME Group has signed a 10-year Green Ammonia Purchase Agreement (GAPA) with SECI for 370,000 tonnes per annum, valued at INR 20,000 crore. This contract supports India's transition to low-carbon feedstocks in the fertilizer sector through commercial-scale green ammonia production.

ACME Group has established a 10-year Green Ammonia Purchase Agreement (GAPA) with the Solar Energy Corporation of India (SECI) for a capacity of 370,000 tonnes per annum, with an estimated contract value of INR 20,000 crore. This agreement supports India's Strategic Interventions for Green Hydrogen Transition (SIGHT) Scheme, facilitating the development of a green ammonia facility in Odisha to supply major fertilizer plants across five states.
SECI will act as an intermediary, securing long-term demand and supply stability through corresponding Green Ammonia Sale Agreements (GASA) with leading fertilizer companies. This development enhances ACME's position in the green hydrogen sector and reflects ongoing efforts toward energy independence and decarbonization in India's fertilizer industry.
