American Clean Resources Group Inc. (ACRG) has established American Clean Energy LLC (ACE), a joint venture aimed at developing power infrastructure for data centers and critical mineral processing operations in the United States.

ACE will focus on geothermal, solar, and natural gas energy sources. The venture plans to collaborate with geothermal developers on projects in Nevada and advance utility-scale solar generation on a 14,000-acre Bureau of Land Management zone pending federal approval.

ACRG Energy Holdings Inc. holds a 70% stake in ACE, while Phoenix NewEra Co. LLC holds 30%. Initial projects will include developments on ACRG's 1,183-acre property in Millers, Nevada. ACE is set to address the energy needs of data centers and ACRG's processing facilities, creating a vertically integrated energy platform.
