AdlerAerospace and TRL Drones Launch TALOS Interceptor Drone Systems for Counter-Drone Defense
AdlerAerospace, in partnership with Czech firm TRL Drones, has developed TALOS-J and TALOS-E interceptor drones for counter-drone defense. These systems are designed to enhance military response against low-cost unmanned aerial threats, leveraging lessons learned from Ukraine. The TALOS series aims for missile-class performance at drone-class costs, enabling scalable air defense. The company plans live demonstrations of the systems in Europe in April.

AdlerAerospace and TRL Drones have introduced the TALOS-J and TALOS-E interceptor drones, designed for counter-unmanned aerial system operations. Drawing on battlefield experiences from Ukraine, these fixed-wing systems provide scalable air defense against increasing drone threats.
TALOS-J focuses on rapid, long-distance intercepts, while TALOS-E supports sustained operations. The systems feature high interception probabilities of 87 to 92 percent, with human-supervised autonomy and resilience against electronic warfare. Live demonstrations are scheduled in Europe for April.
