Aerolloy Technologies Limited has commissioned a state-of-the-art 4500/5100 tonne open die forging system at its facility in the Uttar Pradesh Defense Industrial Corridor. This system is designed to process advanced materials such as Titanium and Superalloys, essential for manufacturing components used in aerospace, defense, and energy sectors.
The integration of this forging system with existing Vacuum Induction Melting and Vacuum Arc Remelting facilities creates a comprehensive ecosystem for production, enhancing quality control and efficiency. Aerolloy aims to capitalize on increasing global demand for aerospace-grade materials, reinforcing India's position in the global supply chain.
