AeroVironment Inc. has signed a lease for a facility in West Valley City, Utah, covering approximately 130,733 square feet. The lease, effective from December 18, has a 10-year term, beginning when AeroVironment occupies the premises or completes necessary improvements.

Monthly rent starts at $146,420.96, increasing to $206,541.22 by the end of the lease. The agreement allows for two five-year extension options at market rates. Additionally, AeroVironment has delivered mobile counter-unmanned aircraft systems to the U.S.
