Afghanistan's Defense Minister Advocates Engagement with Respect and Promises Security
Mawlawi Mohammad Yaqoob Mujahid, Afghanistan's Defense Minister, stated the Islamic Emirate's openness to international engagement based on mutual respect. He assured that Afghan territory will not be used to threaten other nations and emphasized the country's capability to maintain security independently. Abdul Salam Hanafi, Deputy Prime Minister, highlighted the importance of unity in preserving the Islamic system and reported on the reduction of narcotics trafficking since the re-establishment of the Emirate.

During a ceremony marking the 37th anniversary of the Soviet withdrawal, Afghan Defense Minister Mawlawi Mohammad Yaqoob Mujahid stated that the Islamic Emirate is open to international engagement based on mutual respect and national interests. He emphasized that Afghanistan will not allow its territory to be used for threats against other nations and assured capabilities to maintain security independently.
Abdul Salam Hanafi, Deputy Prime Minister, echoed the importance of unity in upholding the Islamic system, noting improved security and reduced narcotics trafficking since the Emirate's return to power. Mujahid encouraged citizens to support security forces in maintaining stability.
