Agnit Semiconductors Secures $2.6 Million from Shastra VC, 3one4 Capital, and Zephyr Peacock

Agnit Semiconductors has raised $2.6 million led by Shastra VC, with participation from 3one4 Capital and Zephyr Peacock, totaling $7.47 million raised to date. The company aims to scale production of gallium nitride (GaN) components to 100,000 units over the next two years.
Agnit is focusing on telecom and power electronics applications, with initial pilots underway and demand from defense platforms. The investment marks Shastra VC's first involvement in India's semiconductor ecosystem. Agnit is also exploring further capital raising as early deployments lead to commercial orders.
