AG&P LNG has announced its acquisition of a 100% stake in the Cai Mep LNG Terminal in Vung Tau, Vietnam, following a prior 49% stake purchase in 2024. The terminal, completed and operational since 2025, is equipped with a capacity of 3 MTPA, expandable to 6 MTPA, and is strategically connected to the Phu My industrial zone and the country's largest power complex, Phu My, which has a capacity of 3.9 GW.
