Air Force Seeks Contractors for ERP Shared Services and AI Integration
The Air Force is soliciting industry input for a shared services backbone for its ERP systems, emphasizing artificial intelligence integration. This effort aims to enhance collaboration and streamline operations through common services on the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.

The Air Force is initiating a contract for a shared services backbone for its enterprise resource planning systems, with an emphasis on integrating artificial intelligence technologies. This initiative will build upon the existing shared services model managed by Accenture, which was awarded a $141.3 million contract in 2020, extended to January 2027.
The contract will be based at Maxwell Air Force Base's Gunter Annex in Alabama and is expected to have one base year and four option years, with a six-month extension possibility. The RFI invites industry feedback on AI and machine learning incorporation, with responses due by July 21. The integration aims to automate processes and enhance performance across various operational support functions.
