Al Seer Marine and L3Harris Technologies have entered a strategic agreement to advance maritime unmanned systems in the UAE and GCC. Al Seer Marine will lead the design, construction, and lifecycle support of unmanned surface vessels (USVs), while L3Harris will provide autonomy, control systems, and network integration.

This partnership aims to meet the growing demand for maritime autonomy by enabling scalable and interoperable unmanned fleets.
