Algoma Steel Group Inc. and Roshel Inc. have launched a joint venture, Roshel Algoma Defence Solutions Inc., to manufacture ballistic steel in Canada. This collaboration aims to enhance domestic capabilities for defense products, specifically for Light Utility Vehicles and other military applications, creating over 500 jobs in the process.
