Allegations Connect Clapper and O'Sullivan to UAP Shoot-Down and Recovery Program During Obama Administration
Sources indicate that during the Obama administration, former intelligence leaders James Clapper and Stephanie O'Sullivan oversaw a program related to Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena (UAP) within the Office of the Director of National Intelligence. This program, reportedly known as 'Golden Domes,' involved the shootdown and recovery of vehicles believed to be of non-human origin, utilizing electronic and laser technologies.
Clapper, who served as Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence from 2007 to 2010, and O'Sullivan, who led the CIA's Directorate of Science and Technology, were allegedly involved in monitoring UAP activities over sites like Area 51. Former intelligence official David Grusch claimed that Clapper managed UAP retrieval issues and that the CIA and USAF jointly operated the program. O'Sullivan has faced scrutiny from the Senate for her alleged involvement in UAP-related activities.
