Alstom Secures €500 Million Contract for 26 Coradia Max Trains from SFBW

Alstom has won a contract with Landesanstalt Schienenfahrzeuge Baden-Württemberg (SFBW) for 26 additional Coradia Max double-decker trains, with a maintenance contract extending until the end of 2055. The total order value is approximately €500 million, with deliveries expected between mid-2028 and the end of 2028.

This order is a follow-up to an option exercised from a contract signed in May 2022, which initially covered 130 trains and included an option for up to 100 additional units. Bouygues announced the separation of the roles of chairman and CEO in its construction subsidiary to enhance management amid a historically high order backlog.

Catana Group reported a 31.49% increase in Q1 revenue for the 2025-2026 fiscal year, totaling €49.7 million. Ekinops reported annual revenue of €105.5 million in 2025, down 11%. GTT received a new order from Samsung Heavy Industries for the design of cryogenic tanks for two new LNG carriers, expected for delivery in 2028.
