American Atomics Inc. has formed an Advisory Board chaired by Dr. Tomas J. Philipson, who will guide the company on U.S. policy alignment and nuclear fuel-cycle independence.
His previous role as Chairman of the Council of Economic Advisers and participation in the U.S. Nuclear Fuel Working Group enhance the company's strategic objectives regarding uranium supply and energy security.
The company granted Dr. Philipson 500,000 options with a three-year term and an exercise price of $0.35. Additionally, American Atomics issued 3,510,000 stock options to various stakeholders, with terms ranging from three to five years. Strengthening the Advisory Board is expected to improve the company's communications with investors and policymakers, particularly as the U.S. focuses on expanding nuclear power generation.
