AMI Metals Awarded $2.24B DHS Contract and $654M Lockheed Martin Aluminum Supply Deal

AMI Metals, Inc., a subsidiary of Reliance, Inc., has been awarded a multi-year contract with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security valued at up to $2.24 billion for steel and steel logistics for the border wall, effective February 11, 2026, to December 31, 2028.

Steel deliveries are anticipated to start in Q2 2026. Additionally, AMI obtained a five-year IDIQ contract with Lockheed Martin for up to $654 million to process aluminum plates for various defense platforms, including the F-35 Lightning II, running from January 1, 2027, to December 31, 2028.
