APHC Calls for Protection of Kashmiri Properties Amid Ongoing Operations
The All Parties Hurriyat Conference (APHC) has requested international human rights agencies to intervene against property confiscations in Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK). Ongoing military operations by Indian forces have not yielded significant results despite extensive efforts.

The All Parties Hurriyat Conference (APHC) has urged global human rights organizations to intervene against the Indian government's seizure of properties belonging to Kashmiris in IIOJK. Reports indicate that Delhi-controlled agencies are conducting raids to confiscate houses, land, and businesses.
Concurrently, the Indian Army is engaged in large-scale operations in Rajouri district, utilizing helicopters, drones, and specialized units. Despite nearly three weeks of these military actions, there have been no notable achievements.
Further, Indian police have arrested five youths in Pulwama and Islamabad districts during their ongoing crackdown efforts. The situation poses risks of escalating tension and humanitarian concerns in the region.
