UAE-based developer Arada has acquired a site at 99-101 Newington Causeway in Southwark for a mixed-use development featuring co-living accommodation and hotel space, pending planning approval. This acquisition, part of Arada's strategy to expand in the UK residential market, aligns with the New Southwark Plan aimed at increasing housing supply and supporting local regeneration efforts. The project marks Arada's third development in Southwark, contributing to a pipeline of over 16,000 homes with plans to reach 30,000 units.
