Arcline Investment Management has reached an agreement to acquire Hydraulics International, Inc., a provider of ground support equipment, mobile test systems, and specialized pumps located in Chatsworth, California. The acquisition focuses on Hydraulics International's established reputation in the aerospace and defense markets.

RBC Capital Markets acted as a financial advisor to Arcline, while Guggenheim Securities and Lazard advised Hydraulics International. The company was founded in 1976.
